The kinds of work studiowebr does not take on, and the rules for using the Site.
1. Work we do not take on
We will not design, and may cancel with a full refund, any Order that asks us to create:
- Copies or close imitations of other brands' logos, trade dress or protected designs, or material meant to pass a business off as another.
- Content that is illegal where you or we are located, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Hate speech, harassment, or content that discriminates against people for who they are.
- Sexually explicit material, or anything involving minors in an inappropriate way.
- Misleading material, such as fake reviews, fake certificates, fake official documents, deceptive health or financial claims, or phishing pages.
- Branding or pages for products and services that Stripe does not allow to be sold through its platform, such as weapons, illegal drugs, gambling without a licence or get-rich-quick schemes.
2. Our judgement
If we have doubts about a request, we will ask you before starting work. We may refuse any request we reasonably believe falls under this policy. Refusing an Order for these reasons never costs you money: you receive a full refund.
3. Using the Site
You may not use the Site to send spam, attempt to access systems or data without permission, interfere with the Site's operation, upload malicious code, or collect data from it by automated means.
