How studiowebr Orders are delivered: brief, timelines, concepts, revisions, approval, file delivery and storage.
1. How Orders are delivered
Every Order is delivered online. Final files are sent by email as a download link, or shared in the platform listed for the deliverable (for example a Figma or Canva file transferred to your account, or a site in your own Webflow account). There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Communication happens by email from hello@studiowebr.com. A short video call can be arranged on request.
2. After you pay
- Stripe emails you a receipt straight away.
- Within 1 business day we email you the brief form, with a list of any files we need from you.
- When we receive your complete brief, we confirm the date of your first concepts or draft.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Brazilian national holidays. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Brasília time (UTC-3).
3. Timelines
The time to the first concepts or draft for each deliverable is shown below, counted in business days from the day we receive your complete brief:
- Logo Design: 5 business days
- Brand Identity Kit: 7 business days
- Stationery Set: 3 business days
- Landing Page Design: 5 business days
- App UI Design: 7 business days
- Social Media Kit: 4 business days
- Presentation Design: 5 business days
- Single Graphic: 2 business days
- No-Code Landing Page: 10 business days
In a package, we start with the first item listed and move on to the next one when you approve it. Each revised version is sent within 3 business days of receiving your feedback, and the final files within 2 business days of your approval. If we cannot meet a date, we tell you before it passes. The consequences of a late delivery are set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Concepts and revisions
- Concepts are distinct design directions. You choose one to develop.
- A revision round is one consolidated list of changes, sent in a single message. Changes sent in several messages for the same version count as one round when we receive them before we start working on it.
- Revisions refine the chosen direction. A request that replaces the brief, such as a new business name or a different deliverable, is new work.
- Every Order includes one fresh start: if none of the first concepts works, we create a new set at no cost before your revision rounds begin.
- Extra rounds or concepts can be quoted separately by email.
5. Approval and silence
You approve the final design by telling us so in writing. If we do not hear from you for 30 days after we send a version, we send a reminder. If there is still no reply 15 days after the reminder, we deliver the final files based on the latest version and the Order is complete. If you come back later, we will gladly continue, and any revision rounds you had left can be used within 90 days of completion.
6. Final files
Final files are delivered in the formats listed for your deliverable, named and organised in folders. Editable source files are included where the deliverable lists them. We keep a copy of your final files for 12 months after delivery and resend them free of charge if you lose them during that time. Please keep your own backup.
7. Deliverables inside third-party platforms
Some deliverables are handed over in a platform: Figma, Canva, Google Slides, Webflow or similar. You need an account on that platform to receive the transfer. For the No-Code Landing Page, the Webflow site plan and the domain are bought and paid for by you directly, and we only work inside accounts you own or invite us to. We remove our access after delivery.
