Who owns the designs studiowebr creates, what rights are transferred to you and when, and how third-party material is handled.
1. What you receive
When your Order is paid in full and the final files are delivered, Webert Rangel Oliveira de Sousa assigns to you, on an exclusive basis, the economic rights (direitos patrimoniais) in the final approved design, as permitted by the Brazilian Copyright Law (Lei 9.610/1998, articles 49 and 50). The assignment is worldwide, has no time limit and covers every form of use, including reproduction, adaptation, modification, distribution and publication in any medium, online or offline, and registration as a trademark where available. The price of the Order is the full consideration for this assignment.
Until the Order is paid in full and delivered, the design remains ours and may not be used. If an Order is refunded, no rights are assigned.
2. Moral rights
Under Brazilian law the author's moral rights cannot be transferred. We agree not to object to the changes you make to the final design and not to require that our name appears on it or near it. You agree not to attribute the design to us in a way that suggests we created changes made later by you or others.
3. What we keep
The following are not part of the assignment and remain ours: concepts and alternatives you did not choose, sketches and working files that are not listed as deliverables, and our general know-how, methods, templates and techniques. We will not sell or license to anyone else a concept that is substantially the same as the final design we delivered to you.
4. Fonts, images and other third-party material
We prefer typefaces, icons and images that are free for commercial use, and we tell you which ones are included in your deliverable. These elements are not owned by us or by you: they are used under their own licences, which allow your use of the final design. If you want a commercial font or stock image that requires a paid licence, we will tell you the cost first and the licence is bought in your name.
Material you send us, such as photos, logos or texts, remains yours. You confirm that you have the right to let us use it in your Order and you are responsible for any claim that it infringes someone else's rights.
5. AI-assisted tools
We may use AI-assisted tools for research, exploration and mockups. If an image generated with AI is part of a final deliverable, we will tell you before you approve it, because copyright protection for AI-generated images varies by country and may be limited. Logos and brand marks are drawn as original vector artwork.
6. Trademarks
We create original designs and do not knowingly copy existing marks. We do not carry out trademark searches and cannot guarantee that a name or logo is free to use or can be registered in your markets. Before you invest in printing or register a mark, we recommend a search with the trademark office of each country where you operate (for example INPI in Brazil, USPTO in the United States or EUIPO in the European Union) or advice from a trademark attorney.
7. Portfolio
After the final files are delivered, we may show the final design in our portfolio, on this Site and on social media, with a short description. You can opt out at checkout or by email at any time, and we will remove any published item within 10 business days. We never publish confidential information.
8. Content of this Site
The texts, concept projects, graphics and code of this Site belong to Webert Rangel Oliveira de Sousa or to our licensors. The concept projects show fictional brands created by us. The background video and the site's design elements are used under licence. You may view and print pages for your own use but may not copy, republish or sell them without permission.
9. Infringement notices
If you believe that content on this Site infringes your rights, write to hello@studiowebr.com with the details of the content, the right concerned and your contact information. We review every notice and remove infringing content promptly.
